How much do I need to deposit to qualify for the Welcome Bonus?

The minimum deposit amount is stated in each bonus's terms. Generally, a deposit of BDT 500 or more qualifies for the welcome bonus. To receive the maximum bonus, a higher deposit is required, with a maximum bonus of up to BDT 5,000.

What does wagering requirement mean?

A wagering requirement means you must place a certain amount in bets using your bonus funds before you can withdraw them. For example, a 10x wager on a BDT 1,000 bonus means you need to place BDT 10,000 in total bets. Both wins and losses count toward this total.

Can multiple bonuses be used at the same time?

Typically, only one deposit bonus can be active at a time. However, cashback and daily login bonuses can run simultaneously. Each bonus page clearly states whether it can be combined with other offers.

Can I make a deposit without claiming a bonus?

Absolutely. Claiming a bonus at 9xbd is entirely optional. You can deposit without activating any bonus and withdraw your winnings directly. Players who prefer to avoid wagering requirements are welcome to choose this option.

How long does it take for bonus credits to appear?

Most bonuses are credited immediately upon deposit. Some bonuses, such as the weekly cashback, are processed every Monday. If a bonus hasn't appeared, contact the 9xbd support team within 24 hours.

Can bonuses be used on Fish Games and slots?

Yes, most 9xbd bonuses can be used on fish games, slots, and Live Casino. However, some sports-specific bonuses are only valid for Sports Betting. Each bonus's details page specifies which games it applies to.

Welcome Bonus – The Best Start for New Players

The 9xbd Welcome Bonus is our most exciting offer for new members. It's based on your first deposit — the more you deposit, the bigger your bonus, up to a maximum limit.

Many 9xbd members have said that the Welcome Bonus made their early betting experience far more enjoyable — because with a bonus, you can place smaller bets for longer and try out a wider range of games.

Cashback Offer – Get Something Back Even When You Lose

The 9xbd weekly cashback offer is a firm favourite among Bangladeshi players. At the end of each week, if your total balance is in the red, a fixed percentage of your losses is credited back to you. The best part: there's no wagering requirement on the cashback, so you can withdraw it directly.

Referral Bonus – Invite Friends, Earn Rewards

Refer someone you know to 9xbd and you'll both receive a bonus. Once the referred person makes their first deposit, the referral bonus will be credited to your account. This offer runs indefinitely with no expiry date.
